This afternoon Mavis came over to check in on mom, chat about the latest, and share a few stories. Mavis is our first cousin. Her mom Ida and my dad Ed were brother and sister. Mavis came over today from St. Paul where she lives. Together she and mom had a lively visit, and they had a couple big laughs as you can see! I think I speak for all of my brothers and sisters when I say that we all really appreciate Mavis for coming over and spending time with our mom, because she really enjoys her visits. Thank you Mavis!
