This is a picture of the main entrance of the Gonda Building on 3rd Avenue. Since so many people are coming and going, the Gonda Building has arrivals and departure lanes not unlike an airport. Porters stand by to assist patients arriving for treatment or admission. This involves bringing over wheelchairs, helping patients get out of vehicles, and if needed calling an escort to wheel patients to whatever floor they need to go to. It is a very efficient operation.
