This blog is for family members and friends of our mom, Barbara, who was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in October, 2008 and shortly afterward started chemotherapy at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. I'll be posting pictures and providing information about scheduling, medications and any other issues that come up during and after Mom's chemo treatments. I'll be blogging about other items as well, but our main concern is our Mom so she'll be much of the focus for now.

Bathroom Project - Day 3

Finally! You may have noticed my posts on this project have been a day late, but now I am caught up to the day of the project!

Today was Day 3 of the bathroom project.

I finished putting up the last piece of DensShield! Then I used fiberglass mesh tape and pre-mixed thinset to seal the seams. We also trimmed back the vapor barrier and patched the hole in the wall where the old soap dish had previously been.
