Today the indicators from the blood tests looked good. At the oncology evaluation, Dr. Hartmann said to Ma that "things are looking better" than last time they met (a few days after Ma's discharge from Abbott).
So today the chemo treatment went forward. The pre-treatments started at about 3:00 p.m. central time and the taxol and carboplatin finished just a few minutes ago. John is there with Ma and they will get something to eat before heading back to Minneapolis.
UPDATE: Ma and John made it back to Minneapolis at 8:00 p.m. CST
